Our Story
Hey Riches wasn’t just created – it was born out of my genuine passion for making, budgeting, and investing money.
Motivated by this passion, I set out to create a resourceful platform for you, my fellow readers.
Here, I meticulously document my journey, offering practical guidance to empower you in your financial pursuits.

Meet the Founder
I’m Maksym, the face behind Hey Riches. My financial journey started with saving pennies from my daily pocket money as a kid. It wasn’t a wealthy beginning, but it instilled in me the habit of saving for what I wanted, introducing me to the power of delayed gratification.
As my desires grew, I explored ways to earn more money, for me, it was teaching easy programming techniques to young kids in my university. Despite sounding boring, non-scalable, and time-consuming, this experience provided valuable insights. Plus, the small tuition from the university allowed me to fulfill some desires and create a foundation for investing.
I am a conservative person and avoid unnecessary risks. However, my journey had its bumps, and I gathered valuable lessons in my pursuit of earning more money. Here are three I want to outline:
Avoiding Scams
I spent a lot of time searching for the best binary options exchange, only to realize I was fooled not by the exchange but by the approach itself.
Reassessing Strategies
My second attempt to get rich fast involved cryptocurrency. Spending considerable time researching thousands of projects, I was reluctant to sell my chosen ones. Two years later, some are gone or worth significantly less compared to a bull market.
Open-mindedness
There are myriad ways to earn, invest, or save money. Keeping an open mind, filtering what works, and adjusting based on needs is key.
From Budgeting Mastery to
Nowadays, I am making money with a job that aligns with my needs. I put in hard work at the beginning to create a budget and construct an emergency fund, allowing me to take a deep breath before allocating my money.
After extensive research, I turned my attention to investing in the stock market. The strategy of buying ETFs or opportunistically investing in a quality business that you can understand appealed to me for a couple of reasons:
Reliable:
Investing in businesses via the stock market has proven successful for many people and institutions.
Time Efficiency:
Investing in ETFs or individual stocks I comprehend requires less time and money than starting a business.
Adjustable risks:
You don’t need a lot of money at the beginning, so there are fewer chances to lose them all. You can pick a strategy that works for you and follow own rules.

This is my story, and I will continue to learn about this topic and provide you with the information I’ve gathered in a simple, short, and well-structured format!
